Violah’s more than two decades of experience  ein the hospitality hospitality hospitality and tourism industry spans across a cross several scontinents and  includes extensive global business travel from Beijing and Beirut to Mumbai and New York York.

Starting her career in South Africa and Zimbabwe, Violah moved  to the theUK and began working for  Accor Hotel,  where she she worked  her way up the  career ladder . She then joined the prestigious boutique Red Carnations Hotels group and US -based L.E.Hotels before changing tracks and moving into hotel representation at Pineapple Hotels .Most recently was asked by InterContinental Hotel Group to manage its largest hotel opening opening for the InterContinental London – The O2.

Having noticed that global hotels were heavily dependent on outbound outbound US business to international travel destinations but had a difficult accessing this market, Violah founded founded The Black Book Consultant in 2017 ,a Los Angeles based hotel representation firm, to support and guide global hotels on effective and results-driven sales and marketing

Violah leads the US arm of Amistad Partners Partners Partners . Violah is the proud mother to a daughter who is studying studying  business management and Mandarin and is passionate about youth and women empowerment empowerment .
