Hailing from from Kathmandu, Neema’s  interest in the hotel  and travel  industries industries sprouted when when her father opened a hotel in the city. She became mesmerised by seeingso many many travellers from countries around the world coming together to share a communal l love of travel and embracing new cultures.

Before arriving at Amistad, Neema studied hotel management management management and business management in Switzerland and Paris. Her broad experience in the hospitality industry ranges from a five star ski resort to the Swiss Alps to illustrious London hotels such as the Park Plaza and the Radisson Edwardian Hotel.

Neema has   at several hotel representation companies where she looked after group sales, events and MICE and has a deep understanding of the marketing practices that lead to success for independent hotel groups .

Away from the office, Neema’s two -year old son and her family keep her very busy as does being a certified yoga teacher .
